This is with the new GUI settings set to 0 “the highest” and the "Extra Large New UI" setting also on, but it does little to nothing to make it larger. My c

I have a 24" computer monitor with speakers that runs on 12v so can use RV 12v source. Plug a Firestick into the monitor HDMI port and you have huge viewing selection. A bluetooth mini keyboard with trackpad makes a great remote. All inexpensive on Amazon and used v little power. Another option is 1

Questions -- other browsers are forbidden on Kindle Fires? Is that something Amazon insists on? Amazon will "support" other browsers, but Chrome works fine on my Fire HD 10 ! You can get it from the Google Play Store. Search the web for instructions on how to "side load" Google Play Store.

Figured it out I think. Apparently Fire tablets can’t update their os. The app no longer works with os 7 and a 2021 Fire HD 10 can’t run anything above 7.2, they make you buy a new $150 tablet for each update. Fuck Amazon.
