I purchased the T-Mobile 5g gateway because optimum is the only other choice in my area and I had to have a technician come out every week and no matter what my Internet kept cutting in and out. I purchased and set up the T-Mobile 5G gateway and for regular web browsing it works great anything outsi

I had the same issue. I worked in tech my whole career, and my best friend highly recommended Ubiquiti, but as soon as I tried to determine what I would need I was lost. And, honestly, I don’t want to have to spend hours configuring a router. I ended up buying 4 eero 7 units and have been extremely

I wanted to improve my internal network speed to stream large files from my media server. My media runs off a Mac in a different room to my appleTV (running infuse).
I don't have any hardwiring capabilities (ethernet or coax) so must use a mesh or power line. To date I've used BT Wholehome - a mes

Few things are as frustrating as dealing with slow, inconsistent Wi-Fi, especially when a single router struggles to cover an entire home. Whether you're trying to stream in the bedroom or take Zoom calls from the backyard, signal dropouts and sluggish speeds are all too common when one device is ta

I placed two orders for the AP7. One was for multiple units and another was for a single unit. Despite placing the two unit earlier, the single unit shipped this week and arrived today.
As far as the size of the unit, it doesn't bother me at all. Pretty comparable to others I've used over the last

I recently upgraded from Airport Extremes to Eero 7 Max(s)/7 Pros/7 Outdoor all with wired backhaul over a 2.5 Gbps network. I’m very pleased with the results.

Assuming they gave you an eero 7, it's a fine router and perfectly capable of the speed you're paying for. If you look at the speed test in the Eero app what does it say?
