Help with NBN Switch/Melbourne
Your son who games will not be happy with WiFi, he'll need to be connected by Ethernet to be happy. I'd suggest Leaptel an eero 6+ 2 pack and a cheap 1 gbps ethernet switch. Ethernet switch will most likely cheaper bought online along with some short ethernet cables. Connect Eero 6+ into NBN NTU wit

XGS ----> Back on Eeero
I’ve gone the opposite. From Eero 6+ to the UCG Fiber + UX7 in AP mode and never looked back. Eeros are great but lacks a lot of things that one tinkerer like myself needed.

Eve Outdoor Cam UK
I've 2 installed. One three years, one 1 year. I'm nowhere near a coastal area, and one has corroded like it's been in a saltwater bath. The newer one is starting to corrode too. They occasionally just go offline despite my house being timber frame and having 4x Eero 6+ units casting one hell of a s

Portal won’t work
They essentially extend your signal and make it stable. Look up eero on amazon. I got the 6+ and they are amazing. And since it’s Amazon if it doesn’t fix the problem just return them.

Eero wifi 7
Can't speak to the eero 7 models but have been using the 6+ routers for a year and a half and they work great.

What Wi-fi 6 Router for home is the best value you've used?
I’ve had no issues with my eero 6+ units. They are wired backhaul. All HomeKit and matter devices work flawlessly. Even the ones that are at the edge of the WiFi bubble.

Youfibre 2000 upgrade questions
That was my thought. They might be best off upgrading, and buying their own higher spec eero router and using the 6+ as the extra APs. Like, do you NEED 2Gig at the end of your garden, or out on the main road. Make the most of 2Gig in the core area, then be happy with the 1.2 or so that the mesh ach

Best WiFi Mesh UK
I’ve been testing a BE65 over the last week. Have packed it up and sending it back. For my setup and devices, too many devices dropping off the WiFi network regularly. Had exactly the same with XE75. Have reverted to my trusty old Eero 6+, no drops at all

Youfibre 2000 upgrade questions
I upgraded last week to the 2000 plan. I have the Sagemcom WiFi 7 Hub connected to the ONT. I then have ethernet running from the Hub's 2.5G port to my main PC and get 2Gbps on it. I then have my own Eero 6+ wired to the Hub's 1Gbps port, and three other Eero 6+s running off it as satellites. I'm ge

What’s the best overall WiFi router for home use these days?
Yep same I have 3 x Eero 6+ in a long old double brick semi and it works a treat. No need to hardwire anything. I used to have TP-Link but the Eeros are much easier to setup and more reliable.
