Solved..! Kinda. Workaround was to put an unmanaged network switch between my ONT and Eero 7 Pro. (Link to reddit post at bottom of post)

So now I have ONT -> network switch -> Eero 7 Pro -> Desktop.

For those in a similar situation, I found the culprit. I originally used the 10 gb port on my 7 Max to connect it to the ONT (Nokia XS-010X-Q), even though my plan is only 2 gbps one. The data “negotiation” between the two must have not synced up properly so

The Eero 7 has a 2.5gbps port, which is nice, but I use it to connect to my ps5 which I believe only supports 1gbps anyway. Mainly I'm just tired of the eero being super inconsistent. I'll look into the BE25 and BE5000. Thanks!
