Depends who the old provider was. In my case, Metronet, and they offered eero 7 Pro’s, but I declined as my existing setup is better.

Solved..! Kinda. Workaround was to put an unmanaged network switch between my ONT and Eero 7 Pro. (Link to reddit post at bottom of post)

So now I have ONT -> network switch -> Eero 7 Pro -> Desktop.
