What changed your pour over consistency the most?
I do think it can be helpful to use tools to control for sources of inconsistency. For context, I personally like high but even extraction filter coffees that present a lot of sweetness with decent brightness. I think knowing what style of extraction is preferred should help guide the tools and tech
