Also, just would like to point out that the Samsung drive would have been overkill for starters just because a Gen5 x2 drive would perform just like a Gen4 x4 drive not to mention for a gaming device it would be pretty much overkill just because modern games on average would only read/write at rough

First Time Building - Advice?
The UD90 uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the WD Blue SN580 or Acer FA100.

The Spatium M461 uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the TeamGroup MP44L, Kioxia Exceria G2/Plus G3/Pro, WD Blue SN580/SN5000, or Biwin NV7400.
