I just finished testing over 20 overnight pulse oximeters against a $1,500 hospital grade pulse oximeter. Here's all the data!
Thanks for your time and the valuable information you provided.I just sent my data to my doctor, and she accepted the O2 reading from the Wellue O2 ring. After discovering the real accuracy, can it still be trusted in your opinion? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AFoqQndOcmTt_U2_uOAlXDqSXiVQJ7MZ/view

Continuous Blood Oxygen Monitor?
I use a cheap Wellue/Viatom Bluetooth clip-on oximeter. Mine cost around $20 from Amazon. There are several that are known to work with OSCAR: https://josepheoff.github.io/posts/morepulseoximeters The biggest positive is that they are cheap. All are available for $30 or less. The biggest negative is

1 Year Update - Still really tired all the time
I'd do EPR 1 and max pressure of 10. After that get a wellue o2 ring to monitor desaturations. After that you can get a bipap from some of the members here. The o2 ring will be a good start to give you information on what is going on in your body.

No, my Wellue O2 Ring is a medically-accurate tracker of oxygen saturation, pulse, and movement every 4 seconds (less-expensive original model) or every 1 second (newest "-S" model). Graphs and summary reports are informative for patient and doctor. I think that the data is more granular and more me

What should I be looking for with Wellvue 02 Ring Data?
I'll be honest, but this is just my experience. For me Wellue O2 Ring vastly underestimated my ODI. I kept feeling worse and it kept giving me high scores; I taped it onto my thumb, but same thing. It has a "smoothing" algorithm I have read. But whatever that does it did not feel like a reflection o

Should I change my BPAP settings? Timing, trigger, sensitivity
One of the mods here had me adjust my timing to 3.2. Your EPAP pressure looks to low though that seems to be the case on your waveforms not fully developed, kind of shitty to see the sleep tech didn't catch that. Some CA present, I would ask Mod RL for an asv your pressure doesn't look high enough t

Feeling MORE tired?
Don't get a Fitbit just for this. I've just been wearing one for years. I don't fully trust what it tells me about sleep stages. I think you really need electrodes on your head to really track those. But, I do have a history on my Fitbit, so I can look at trends. And, I think it's better than anythi

I need some help with this
Try to get to a cardiologist or pulmonologist, if you can bypass this doctor. Symptoms sound serious. To answer your question, Optipillows EPAP Nasal Pillows Mask helped me immediately and a lot. I used Optipillows for 18 months, before deciding that I probably could improve a bit more by trying CPA

i use the wellue o2ring and like it. it vibrates (like phone vibrate) if configrable o2 value is too low, and it records and displays everything on my phone so i can check in the morning. and with some effort i can get the data into oscar to make reports as part of my cpap's data.
