Oura Ring, Severe Sleep Apnea, and 48 Days of “Good” — What Their Own Support Confirmed in Writing
To measure SpO2 at high resolution, you need a device like Wellue O2Ring-S. It records SpO2 & heart rate every second. There are other options but this is the most comfortable form factor to wear IMO. I upload my CPAP data and O2Ring data into OSCAR (free open source software) to analyze my breathin

Can you die in your sleep?
Not the guy you asked, but I use a Wellue O2ring oximeter.https://a.co/d/8uC7j97 works wonderfully, you can also import its data to SleepHQ if that's someting you use.

Observations after 3 nights with CPAP
Yes it takes time for body to heal. You might also consider using a Wellue O2Ring (or similar overnight oximeter) alongside CPAP. It tracks continuous oxygen levels and pulse rate, so you can see if your SpO₂ is staying stable through the night and whether micro-arousals or drops are still happening

What’s the best O2 Ring? SleepHQ or Wellue?
As far as I can tell, the Wellue O2 Pro is the same ring except the Sleep HQ one has a software tweak that allows it to work with their platform and is a bit more expensive.

Continuous Blood Oxygen Monitor?
I use a wellue o2 ring. The spo2 and heart rate data can be imported to Oscar as well which is nice for spotting arousals.

1 Year Update - Still really tired all the time
I'd do EPR 1 and max pressure of 10. After that get a wellue o2 ring to monitor desaturations. After that you can get a bipap from some of the members here. The o2 ring will be a good start to give you information on what is going on in your body.

Should I get a Wellue O2ring?
I purchased the Wellue O2 Ring while going through diagnosis / titration process, and waiting (almost 10 months!) to get a machine. It was helpful to me to discover massive and lengthy drops in my O2 levels while sleeping. I was trying to use that data to push my (former) sleep doc along, and get an

I go for my fitting on the 19th
Great questions! You should get some helpful replies from other folks here about stomach sleeping and which masks are best. It’s definitely a marathon, not a sprint – but you are right to trust the process and take it one day at a time. In terms of tracking your data, a ResMed device with an SD card

Feeling MORE tired?
Don't get a Fitbit just for this. I've just been wearing one for years. I don't fully trust what it tells me about sleep stages. I think you really need electrodes on your head to really track those. But, I do have a history on my Fitbit, so I can look at trends. And, I think it's better than anythi
