To measure SpO2 at high resolution, you need a device like Wellue O2Ring-S. It records SpO2 & heart rate every second. Yes it takes time for body to heal. You might also consider using a Wellue O2Ring (or similar overnight oximeter) alongside CPAP. It tracks continuous oxygen levels and pulse rate, so you can see if your SpO₂ is staying stable through the night and whether micro-arousals or drops are still happening
