To measure SpO2 at high resolution, you need a device like Wellue O2Ring-S. It records SpO2 & heart rate every second. Oh yeah my point was really about the wellue O2 ring only. The wellue support themselves recommended me the left thumb and for me it was quite a difference. I see your point though.

Yes it takes time for body to heal. You might also consider using a Wellue O2Ring (or similar overnight oximeter) alongside CPAP. It tracks continuous oxygen levels and pulse rate, so you can see if your SpO₂ is staying stable through the night and whether micro-arousals or drops are still happening
