What’s the best O2 Ring? SleepHQ or Wellue?
As far as I can tell, the Wellue O2 Pro is the same ring except the Sleep HQ one has a software tweak that allows it to work with their platform and is a bit more expensive.

home pulse oximeters
No, my Wellue O2 Ring is a medically-accurate tracker of oxygen saturation, pulse, and movement every 4 seconds (less-expensive original model) or every 1 second (newest "-S" model). Graphs and summary reports are informative for patient and doctor. I think that the data is more granular and more me

Should I change my BPAP settings? Timing, trigger, sensitivity
One of the mods here had me adjust my timing to 3.2. Your EPAP pressure looks to low though that seems to be the case on your waveforms not fully developed, kind of shitty to see the sleep tech didn't catch that. Some CA present, I would ask Mod RL for an asv your pressure doesn't look high enough t

Continuous Blood Oxygen Monitor?
Wrist measurements aren't good measurements. You want something on your finger. I have both a Wellue O2 ring that I wear during sleep and a Fitbit that I wear 24/7, and the Fitbit is just trash at figuring out my O2. I don't know of any O2 rings that cost less than $100. Maybe you could find a used

pulse oximeters
I use a cheap one - intentionally. Everyone recommends you go with an expensive O2 ring. They are supported by OSCAR and other programs and are well known. I use the cheap one because I wanted something to be available to people who can't afford the expensive O2 rings. I bought a few cheap ones and

Severe OSA diagnosis, 18 weeks pregnant
You should be proud of yourself! And yes, now is a great time for an energy boost. :) One little suggestion that may help ease your mind as you start the treatment process is to get an O2 ring to monitor your O2 levels overnight. The Wellue O2 Ring is a good example (I got one for $99 refurbed off e

Wellue o2ring vs SleepHQ Ring
Best price I found was from Wellue at its "get wellue" website. Today's March 2026 pricing... $143.99 for Wellue "O2ring" (up to 16hrs, 4-sec intervals, microUSB port, stores 4x10hr sessions). I've used this on-and-off for 4+ years with much success to understand effectiveness of my apnea strategies

Oxygen monitor
OSCAR and SleepHQ are worthwhile, even without an O2 monitor. You need to troubleshoot why you're having such a tough time. To do that, you need data. Getting started with analyzing your CPAP data: A primer for using SleepHQ and OSCAR. : r/CPAPSupport I have a Wellue O2 ring. I don't know if it fits

O2 ring
The rings that SleepHQ sells are simply a Wellue ring. To be clear it's not sold or made by ResMed. I bought one on eBay used for like 50 bucks and it works fine. It doesn't tie into the CPAP / BiPAP machine, it directly interfaces with sleep HQ so it doesn't matter what machine you've got.

AirSense 10: is there a way to get the data out for Oscar, without pulling the SD card out? What about "wifi SD cards"?
Thanks for chiming in. I will definitely keep using OSCAR, at least unless/until the phone app can provide as detailed a report (which I think isn't going to happen, apps usually aren't made for guys who like details). Re: the O2Ring, you mean the one by Wellue, right? I have a more traditional/prim
