Is anybody using AIPhone for door entry? Need tablet app help...
We swapped out our Avigilon doorbell & ACM software for a full Ubiquiti solution. G6 Pro Entry and 2 Intercom viewers - the front office staff love how much better of an experience is compared to fumbling with the ACM software.

Does anyone here have the Camera Dual Mount?
i've got the dual mount with two G6 Turrets instead of the 180 and honestly it's way more flexible. the shade helps with direct sun but it's not night and day difference. two ethernet cables go in from opposite sides - one per camera. minimum pole diameter is 1.5 inches but you can shim it. for a te

Best Security Camera you think you'll recommennd?
I would recommend a Ubiquiti G6 Turret or Bullet if you were in the UniFi ecosystem. They're only about $200, which is a great deal for the quality and features. If you're not already into UniFi ecosystem though, that leads you down a deep expensive rabbit hole and I don't want to be responsible for

G6 Entry field of view
Ubiquiti seems to be indicating, by category placement, that the G6 Entry and G6 Pro Entry are not intended to be doorbell replacements as they are listed under Door Access instead of the Doorbells subcategory of Camera Security. This is further supported by the vertical FoV emphasis of these device

UniFi doorbell is dying so I’m using it as an excuse to do an upgrade to my front door
I have three doors set up with G6 Pro entry, the Ubiquiti strike plate, and a door sensor on each. Each of these doors is on its own hub. I first adopt the G6 Pro Entry, then the hub, and finally connect them. However, when the G6 Pro Entry is adopted first, none of the door control functions are av

Why does Lorex have 3 different Apps?
Came to say the same. Ive had my setup less than 2 years and have been migrating away from it as I can get new devices. I have the N910A6 nvr, 4-e871ab (180° dual lens), 4-w461asc (2k wireless indoor) and 1-e910ab (4k+ 12mp ultra he bullet). The cameras were good their software is garbage! Trying to

Best Security Cameras, Doorbell & Doorlock For Apple HomeKit
Yeah Ubiquiti to me is a no brainer if you already use them for your network. Even if you don’t, their new UNVR Instant is perfect for home use. Personally I recommend the G6 Turrets in places you don’t need zoom, and the G6 PTZ for places you do. The PTZs give you the flexibility to track people an

Door setup with lock control
I use the G6 Pro Entry with Ubiquiti’s strike plate on several doors. Works great.

Door setup with lock control
I guess it all depends on how handy you are. It isn't bad. You do have to mortise a cutout for it but it's pretty self-explanatory. What I did on all of my doors is I installed the new lever handle that locks and unlocks with a key. If you ever get locked out of your Ubiquiti system for some reason,

Disappointed with G6 Pro Entry - Cant see whos at door until you answer call
yeah the g6 pro entry is weird like that. protect handles recording but access handles the call flow. you can try setting up a home assistant integration to pull the camera feed into a dashboard. some people run scrypted to rebroadcast the stream to a smart display. ubiquiti might merge this in a fu
