"Cheapest" I'd go for an actual leather, quality office chair would be a SteelCase series 1 or 2. SteelCase uses real, quality leather and the chairs are fantastic. Series 1 can be had for like $500 series 2 more like $900. Worth it for the series 2 for the headrest imo but I'm a taller person.

I'd recommend finding a deal on a pre-owned Herman Miller Aeron or Steelcase Leap from a local warehouse or seller. I have an Embody and Leap v2; and used to have a Steelcase Series 1 ($499) and they were all great. I used to deal with lower back issues and found that most office chairs you can find
