Which one is better for photography, Sony A6400, Sony A6100 or the zv e10?
Okay, I will cut this short, if you need a viewfinder then zve10 does not have it. Remaining 2 are very same but A6400 has better build quality and should not be much expensive over A6100. Both the A6XXX do not have any IBIS, zve10 has it. My advice, coming from a professional photographer, go for S

A6400 has EVF and ZV E10 Flip out LCD, how necessary are these for a casual
Zv e10 is newer and has type c ports compared to the a6400 which uses micro usb. Personally, no evf hasn't been that big of a problem and the screen is still visible if you set it to the highest setting in direct sunlight. EVF if you are coming from a camera that has an evf and flip out lcd if you w

Camera suggestions?
For that budget I'd honestly recommend the Sony ZV-E10 with a good wide angle lens. I've been using it for about a year and it's fantastic for workout content because the autofocus tracks movement really well, which is huge when you're demonstrating exercises. The flip screen makes framing yourself

Thoughts on Sony ZV E-10
Yes, the Sony ZV-E10 is a good buy for what you described. It’s very beginner friendly, has excellent autofocus, and works well for both travel photos and videos. The flip screen and video features make it easy to learn vlogging and basic videography, while still taking good photos. Just keep in min

Sharpness and coloring help
"Focus peaking". It helps, but it can also get in the way when you are using such a small screen. Manual focusing isn't particularly reliable on small screens or cheap screens/low quality monitors. I personally suggest using auto-focus, selecting your subject, and then switching to manual focus. It

Canon for starters?
I'd skip m50 ii because it's a discontinued system. R50 is the direct replacement. I'd also skip zv-e10 because it doesn't have a viewfinder (LCDs are tricky in bright light). The others are all good. Best to just see them yourself in a camera store and pick the one that feels the nicest.

First camera
Recommend A6400 for EVF. It usefull for shoot outdoor under bright sun. A6000 doesn't have tracking human eye AF and animal eye AF. https://youtu.be/1xEQkYUyQe0 https://cameradecision.com/compare/Sony-Alpha-a6400-vs-Sony-Alpha-a6000 https://cameradecision.com/compare/Sony-ZV-E10-vs-Sony-Alpha-a6400

Q for Comedians: Best Camera for Shooting Shows? I Made a Mistake.
I can actually help you with this. I had the same issue a year ago. I've bought the Sony Alpha ZV-E10 Mirroless VLOG camera. It does great in low light, has 4k, zoom, reading LCD screen on back that can swing off to the side to provide a view on camera. The microphone picks up a lot more than I thou

Sony a6400 or zv-e10?
I’m mainly going to be doing photos, α6400 then. ZV-E10 is a video camera first and foremost; its ergonomics combined with the lack of a viewfinder of any kind make it a horrible body for stills.
