I’m beginning in street photography really but thanks for the compliment, and the camera it’s ( sony zv e10 ii ) and it’s very nice for beginners if you want to start with low budget and it’s good for photography, videography and streaming.

I can understand your choices, but why rs3? There are a lot of cheaper gimbles, and zv e10 is a very light camera Also, it's debatable, but personally I would go for gh5, which could be found for a reasonable price (depends on the region)

Save up a little longer for a used Sony ZV E10. That basically the industry standard for creators. That’s very close to being in your budget
