How much do I need to spend before I can get a camera that will outperform my pixel 9 pro

Almost any camera that can shoot in LOG profile. For example Sony a6300 should be dirt cheap used. Lenses are more important than the camera when basic camera requirements are met. Then the most important thing which makes 90% of the image is lighting. Arri Alexa with 50k€ lens will look worse in sh

Got yelled at by the locals

It’s so worth it! I got my first camera, a Sony A6300 with the kit lens, back when I finally decided an iPhone was no longer good enough and I haven’t looked back. Really the biggest issue with photography as a hobby is gear acquisition syndrome is real…. Small point and shoots have kind of stagnate

Set Up Live Streaming Tiktok

Is the fx30 a good starter camera?

I absolutely love my FX30. Started with the Sony a6300 and then switched over to the FX30 when I felt the urge to upgrade. FX30 is indeed, way beyond a starter camera. You won't regret.

I’m struggling with pricing and I need help (videographer from Australia)

I don’t think it’s a shitty response. Gear does matter sometimes, sometimes it doesn’t, but there are definitely limitations. It’s good to focus on skills, but at some point you also need to upgrade your gear if you want to charge accordingly. A Canon EOS 600D is too old for certain things and for t

I’m tired of always looking like a potato.

If you want a good image you should get a real camera and good lighting. Most people that are more serious use some camera from the sony a6000 series (no need to go higher than a6300 imo) and a wide angle lens like the sigma 16mm f1.4.

Action cam atau Mirrorless?

Canon mirrorless overpriced sih. Pilihannya antara sony atau fujifilm aja imo. Sony kalo lu prioritasin autofocus. Fuji kalo prioritasin warna. Budget 8jt jujur gak ada yg punya IBIS. Paling stabilisasi di lensanya aja. Opsinya paling: Sony a6300 + 18-105mm Fuji xt20 + 18-55mm Sony zv1 Action cam gw

Is there anyone who has used both Sony and Olympus cameras?

I have the a6300, a7ii and a7r4. On the Olympus side, I have the OM-1.ii and E-P7. I don't use the kit lens on the Olympus cameras - I mostly use the 12-40/2.8 PRO. The Sony kit lens is shit, and the kit lenses I have for my older Olympus cameras are excellent, and so are samples I've seen online fo

7 Months, 10 Countries, 11,000 KM. From Northern Germany to Cappadocia.

Very great pictures and amazing journey, so far, thanks for sharing. As a bike AND photography enthusiast, I would recommend you one of the older Sony apsc mirrorless cameras from the alpha 6000 series. If you are really on a budget, a6000 will do. If you have some more to spend, aim for a a6300 or

Is this a good deal and good starter camera?

I agree 100% but I would throw the a6300/6400 in there for a more affordable approach. I’ve got multiple full frame Sonys as well as a couple of fujifilm. And I still gravitate to my a6300 for daily carry.
