kinda sounds like you want a mesh version of a recliner with a leg rest. i had the same issue with armrests clearing a low desk. check the Hbada E3 mesh - armrests go super low and it reclines almost flat. Nouhaus Ergo3D has a leg rest and mesh back but armrests are hit or miss for low desks. Sihoo
