Honestly there is obviously no argument that Herman miller and steelcase are hands down the best chairs to exist. they’re super adjustable and built to last years. But sadly not all of us earn fortunes. So in mid range chairs like sihoo M18 are decent enough too. it checks the basics and works fine

Highly recommend you pushing your budget up and picking up a sihoo m18 but if you gotta be in the 300 range then check out https://xpansemy.com/collections/ergochair, they got a showroom in cheras so you can test. Defo invest big if you can, your back is worth it man trust
