Odyssey G9

Have you considered getting an ultra ultra wide monitor like the Samsung g9, instead of using 3 monitors. It would make this much more sense in this situation.

I’m shocked how much of an improvement it is over my G9 Odyssey. I thought it would be marginally better, but it’s far, far better.

Samsung G9 for sure. Ive had mine for about 3months and I love it. Its a monster to play on and makes you feel more in the game

I like sitting comfortably on my couch after a workday, Got an Odyssey G9 Ultrawide Monitor. Skyrim and FO4 aren't MMOs, so I don't need the extra buttons or keys. Took me a long time to figure that out though (since the OG oblivion days).

I will always recommend the OLED. For your use case however since you will primarily be playing one game and doing some productivity on it as well this might be the better option.
