Best comparison of IPS and VA that I found
Samsung Odyssey G7 Neo. Works like a charm and has really good contrast. Only issues is very slight ghosting in some games.

Kupujem drazje stvari ker sm vecni otr

What monitor/s is everybody rocking ?
55” Samsung Frame - 4K, 120Hz VRR, HDR. Mounted on a wall in my dining room. It literally doubles as a large picture frame. Also, 55” Samsung curved TV that I can stream to in the same living area. Just bought my daughter a Samsung Odyssey G7 27” 4K 144Hz IPS. Outstanding picture quality straight-ou

Preciate it! I’m using a Samsung odyssey neo g7 43’’. 4k 144hz mini led, no an oled but the colors pop and the blacks are super dark, definitely eye candy in my opinion

HDR in DLSS 4.5 Preset M - night and day difference, compared to preset K
VA native contrast is fantastic. My Odyssey G7 still looks great next to my OLED monitor (except when showing darker elements). IPS native contrast is trash though.

Is it worth upgrading from 1440p IPS to 4K OLED, if I have to reduce DLSS from Quality to Performance?
I have the Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 32" 4k 165hz. I cap frames at 120 and use DLSS K most of the time. Everything looks phenomenal and not much difference to my eyes between 120 and 165

43 inch tv or a 32 inch curved monitor for sim rig
Yeah, I use a 55" LG OLED and I love it. Just keep in mind you need a pretty strong GPU to handle 4K at 120Hz. If your GPU can do that, I’d definitely go with the OLED. If it can’t, I’d still recommend going with a high-refresh-rate 43". Take a look at the Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 43". also if you go
