I've reseated the SSD, swapped slots, reinstalled windows on to a different SSD from scratch and the failed one only shows up in BIOS after a power cycle. After a restart it no longer shows. It isn't accessible in any form and doesn't show on Samsung Magician at all. Yes its a 990 pro, i bought two

This happened to me when my Samsung 990pro /w heatsink NVMe SSD was faulty/overheating awhile back. It did that eventually alongside intermittent grey screen crashes .Got a new sn850x and all it’s all fixed. This reminds me I still have to RMA my Samsung
