I’m working on a big Linux distro + other stuff project using my Samsung 990 Pro in a JEYI chassis and ran into some overheating issues. Took the back plate off, added some heating pads, and a little extra cooling piece that definitely isn’t overkill lol. What do you guys think?

I just wanted to give some feedback after 2 month of being the lucky owner of a WTR MAX 8845HS from Aoostar.

So first of all what I needed :

- Low power consumption (my quest for the perfect NAS started with looking for some AMD laptop CPU in a NAS form factor)
- At least 6

I’m rocking my base model Mac mini with a Ugreen Mac mini docking station base and a Samsung 990 Pro SSD. However, I’ve noticed that the docking station gets hot after a while due to the SSD.

To solve this, I decided to DIY a cooling stand using an aluminium router/mini PC stand and a 120mm Arctic

So my $1,749 AUD ($1,150 USD taxes included) Legion Go 2 finally arrived from Lenovo Direct, and I’d love to share some first impressions below — spoiler: they’re pretty damn good!
