Dehydration.

Pedialyte. Specifically, Pedialyte Advanced Care +. They sell 4 packs on Amazon. I drink 1 a week and it helps with hydration. I like the strawberry lemonade flavor the best.

I think I’m just not made to donate plasma :(

I also had a reaction when I first tried donating a few days ago. Luckily I didn’t actually throw up but it was a treat for a few minutes there(yes I said threat, I rarely throw up and consider it a betrayal ☠️). Alternatives to LiquidIV?

Have you tried Pedialyte AdvancedCare Plus. Has 650mg of sodium I believe. Berry Frost is my favorite flavor.

What’s your POTS “safe food”?

Pedialyte AdvancedCare Plus, especially now that I’ve been getting coupons for it. When I’m having a rough day, the premixed one almost turns the ship around. I drink one of the powdered ones every day, but I water those down so they last longer.
