I’m stuck drinking water all day
Or try the Pedialyte Advanced Care Plus Electrolyte Powder Packets. I used these when I was 3 weeks pp, EBF and had salmonella poisoning. It’s probably the only thing I could keep down and keep me from being hospitalized from dehydration

Dehydration.
Pedialyte. Specifically, Pedialyte Advanced Care +. They sell 4 packs on Amazon. I drink 1 a week and it helps with hydration. I like the strawberry lemonade flavor the best.

Anyone have tips with drinking water?
I have an owala thats honestly helped so much because it keeps my drinks cold for so long, plus it has the option of sipping from the straw or taking bigger gulps. I have about one or two of my 32oz owalas and then also drink pedialyte (specifically the chilled cherry pomegranate advanced care plus,

Luckily I didn’t actually throw up but it was a treat for a few minutes there(yes I said threat, I rarely throw up and consider it a betrayal ☠️). I was told to drink more water and make sure I ate better beforehand. I don’t remember e

post-IGIV fatigue
Mine is around 4 days tops. I’ve been able to shorten it by drinking small/modest amounts of electrolytes in the morning, afternoon, dinner time and right before bed. I use Pedialyte Advanced Care Plus. I also take a Zyrtec capsule in the morning.

Is it even a real diagnosis??
I totally understand how you feel. The onset of my POTS was similar emotionally. It gets better though! My POTS is pretty well managed now and I've learned a lot. I'm gonna list a bunch of tips to try and help. find an electrolyte beverage or take salt pills. I take salt stick four times a day every

Norovirus at 20 weeks pregnant
Just ran through my family this week. I'm 35w pregnant & handled it fairly well but I also took a lot of preventative measures realizing it would hit me. I recommend you get yourself some rehydrating solutions. Pedialyte does have popsicles but the Pedialyte Advanced Care + is the best you can get f
