I would suggest spending less on the CPU, more on the GPU. The below steps down to a 9600X CPU, which will still provide good gaming performance for far less, while upgrading the GPU to a far far better 9070, for about the same overall cost. First ever build - Gaming/Programming PC - USA - $2,000 budget
A few suggestions to get a very good gaming pc (with a 9800X3D and 5070 Ti) in a white case, for $1708 pre-tax; with a 27" 1440p 240hz monitor, it comes to $1928 pre-tax. The CPU, motherboard, and RAM are a bundle from Micro Center. CPU/Motherboard/RAM: The 9800X3D is the best gaming CPU available.
