Pocketbook, Bigme, Musnap?
I have the Musnap ocean 7 inch and it's fantastic. Snappy android experience. Great ereader. Haven't tried their color devices though

Looking for e-reader with Libby, dictionary, side buttons & article reading (7–8 inch)
The Musnap Ocean is a good device and usually discounted on Amazon. It’s an Android device with buttons so you can install all the reading and news apps.

Are there any good 7 inch bw options right now?
I like my Musnap Ocean quite a lot. Carta 1300, very snappy processor, very basic skin of android. It is also frequently on sale and is generally the cheapest option with physical page turn buttons. It also has a recessed screen which I think gives it more clarity.

Musnap Ocean arrived! First impressions, and comparisons to Boox, Kobo, etc
I couldn't agree more with your thoughts and review on the Musnap Ocean BW. I was very close to pulling the trigger on the Boox Go 7 but what stopped me was the overwhelming amount of complaints about their customer service and the issues with the screen being super delicate. I stumbled across the M

Polished vs unpolished software: does it matter to you?
I've got the Musnap Ocean and yeah the software is a bit unpolished and has some very weird bugs. I decided to keep mine cuz the bugs it has don't really affect the reading experience. Still annoying though.

musnap ocean bw or boox go 7?
Musnap ocean, this is basically an internationalized ireader ocean 5c but with a bw recessed screen like their more expensive ocean 5 pro: Better screen (it's recessed, text will be clearer and look better under any light. In China only the ireader ocean 5 pro has this, which is very well received b

I need a 7-8" BW ereader with buttons. Suggestions?
Boox Go 7 or Musnap Ocean are the only two I know of with Carta 1300 and physical page turn buttons. I have used both and they are excellent. Really comes down to what skin of android you prefer.

E reader recommendations
If you're looking at manga, 7" is the bare minimum and ideally 8" or more to read comfortably. Maybe Kobo will bring a new 8" device soon as the Kobo Sage isn't in production anymore. iReader is about to release an 8.2" reader but it doesn't have a frontlight and is built for China. Maybe we'll get

Musnap Ocean arrived! First impressions, and comparisons to Boox, Kobo, etc
I was in the Amazon Ecoverse and wanted another ereader but did not want to get stuck in another system that restricts me. I was looking and comparing for months and December last year bought the Kindle paper white to bridge the gap until I could decide. I was about to get the Pocketbook era or Era
