What hardware do you run frigate on?
Just switched to a MINISFORUM M1 Pro-125H with Intel Core Ultra 5 125H and I love it. Running yolo9 medium 320x320 with 11-15ms on the Arc iGPU with only 4 cameras. Running frigate in docker, and on the same host a VM with home assistant and many other services via docker.

A Mini PC with a modern Intel CPU with QuickSync (e.g., Minisforum M1 Pro-125H fits in your budget. According to some tests, it's more than enough for LoL, so you might choose a weaker CPU/iGPU. If you want to store media on the PC itself, you need a larger drive.
