Windows Hello devices

My Logitech Brio works like a charm with Windows Hello. Well worth the money I spent.

MacBook or Windows for SM?

You can stream from an iPhone or iPad, but a laptop will give better results. If you can afford to buy a Mac, it'll likely be easier to use and give you fewer problems than a Windows laptop. They are more expensive, though. About how much are you able to spend? What platform you're working on really

Recomendaciones sobre cámara y micrófono para clases virtuales

Respecto a cámara último obtuve la Logitech Brio 100 y está muy buena, el costo está entre los 140 a 160 soles.

feel like my face cam looks bad… what camera are you all using?

I just use my phone with DroidCam. Works great, free version is available but limited to 720p, paid version allows up to 4k through an OBS plugin. Works fantastic, and is significantly less expensive and more reliable than a dedicated camera or webcam unless you spend $100+ Although it’s a bit finic

Upgrade Your Zoom Look Without Breaking the Bank

I got the logitech brio cheap used and wow night n day difference. i just put a lil lamp behind my laptop and it makes me look way less like a ghost on calls. window light works too if u lucky. insta360 looks cool but kinda pricey for me.

Question about equipment

You start with what you have. When I started camming, I literally just set the laptop up and used the webcam and internal mic. as you progress you start to upgrade what you want to improve. better webcam and mic are obvious upgrades but you can spend $150 on a logitech brio instead of 5k on a Sony A

These days using Prolific, if you want to make money and have access to more surveys, you need to be willing to do those that require a camera and microphone.

I take them once in a while, some don't pay that well but if it is around 15 minutes, I'm in. I use a Logitech Brio 100, got it on sale for $20 There was one study that was suppposed to be 15 minutes and it kept going so I asked the agent about that. Got an instant approval!

Logitech MX vs Brio 4k

Don't buy Brio 4k. Get Insta 360 link 2 or OBSBot Tiny models for similar price. Logitech Brio is one of the first 4k webcams but it comes with a smaller sensor. I didn't use Logitech MX so I have no idea about that.

is upgrading from laptop camera actually worth it or just gear obsession

Lighting drastically improved the quality of our Logitech Brio webcam we started with. We eventually upgraded to Sony zve10 for more filming ideas we wanted to do, but the difference in quality wasn’t worth the $700 extra dollars. Get some lights.

Brio webcam just started glitching on Zoom

I'm having the same glitching experience on the newer Logitech MX Brio. I went around looking for solutions on Reddit and was floored to see Logitech support suggesting that we connect the cable directly to the laptop -- just about everyone I know who needs an external webcam uses some form of a doc
