I recommend a Logitech brio for cam and mic. Speakers are more a matter of taste.

Adding a dedicated camera and mic would elevate your setup a lot. Something like a Logitech Brio 4K webcam or even a used DSLR camera would serve you well. Look at the Rode Wireless GO for a great wireless mic option.

I use a Logitech Brio 4K, never had a problem and mic is better than the mic on the laptop (lenovo x1 Carbon)

You didn’t mention any budget,but you can’t go wrong with Logitech. Lower end: Logitech C270 which is only a 720p camera,but that is Zoom’s native resolution. A good microphone and camera. The Logitech Brio is a good combination unit. In my home office I use the Brio camera and a Blue Yeti mic.
