MacMini webcam, mic, speakers?
I recommend a Logitech brio for cam and mic. Speakers are more a matter of taste.

Advice for digital service improvements
Adding a dedicated camera and mic would elevate your setup a lot. Something like a Logitech Brio 4K webcam or even a used DSLR camera would serve you well. Look at the Rode Wireless GO for a great wireless mic option.

Medium: Logitech Brio 101, better resolution at 1080p Either camera would work in your scenario, they are plug and play USB and have built-in

Looking to add speakers and a mic to my work PC, formerly my gaming PC.
The microphone in the logitech mx brio bested Shure midrange mic, jabra midrange speakerphone and MacBook Air microphone in my colleagues’ reports of my voice professionalism.

Need your suggestion guys from starting to teaching students
A good microphone and camera. The Logitech Brio is a good combination unit. In my home office I use the Brio camera and a Blue Yeti mic.
