Start drinking earlier, and finish drinking earlier. It's all about the recovery time now. Gone are your days of 4am finishes, and 8am starts. As your metabolism slows, your ability to digest slows. Make sure you drink water whilst you're drinking alcohol and stay hydrated through your session. Mayb
