I recommend upping you water intake, seriously, depending on where you're camping, almost double it! There are water additives, sometimes called "hydration multipliers" like Liquid IV and several other brands. Maybe look at trying one that has magnesium.

I went to both days of WWWY last year and was absolutely dead at the end of both days, especially day 2. Drinking a hydration multiplier like liquid iv doesn’t equate to drinking more water. If you don’t exercise regularly, and you’re not routinely hydrating enough, all you’re doing is overloading yourself with sodium and electrolytes if you have more than one a day.

I am 5 years post surgery and still get headaches. Migraines and stabbing pain has reduced thankfully. This is the time to change up your diet, and drink plenty of water!
