Hydration Multiplier

This is great advice. I'd like to add that it doesn't hurt to start each day of the fest with a hydration multiplier (liquid IV) for a little boost.

I recommend upping you water intake, seriously, depending on where you're camping, almost double it! There are water additives, sometimes called "hydration multipliers" like Liquid IV and several other brands. Maybe look at trying one that has magnesium.

Drinking a hydration multiplier like liquid iv doesn’t equate to drinking more water. If you don’t exercise regularly, and you’re not routinely hydrating enough, all you’re doing is overloading yourself with sodium and electrolytes if you have more than one a day.

Brother. Liquid IV packet from Walmart. It’s a “hydration multiplier”. Sometimes your body needs more than just water to stay hydrated, ie. minerals, compounds, and even oils.
