I love my SL2-S, and it's just as relevant as it was when it was released. As for the choice, I'm sure the Leica-rehab is fine, but you'll never have the same questions about a new one.

Have you thought about something from the SL line? I know they tend to be looked at as Leica's red headed stepchild around here but they are great cameras if you are dead set on buying a Leica. They will be a bit larger and heavier than an M or a Q but they do bring full IP54 rating for weather seal
