First pc build

The US75 uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. A better drive with TLC flash would be, e.g., the FanXiang S880, Klevv CRAS C925G, WD Blue SN5000, or Kioxia Exceria Plus G4.

Looking for a Medium Gaming PC

The Exceria Basic uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the TeamGroup MP33, Patriot P400 Lite/VP4300 Lite, or Kioxia Exceria Plus G4.

Is RAM extension gimmick? Or does it really works ?Should I keep it off ?

turn it off, it destroys ROM with write cycles that are limited. Same goes with paging file in Windows installed on PC SSD (600 TB TBW on kioxia exceria plus g4)

Is this a good mid range build?

The P400 V4 uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years, so it should not be used as the OS drive. A better drive with TLC flash would be, e.g., the FanXiang S660/S880, Integral Advantage Pro-1, or Kioxia Exceria Plus G4.
