Does having Instant replay on 24/7 with System Memory as a buffer put any wear and tear on PC?
It's a slight GPU performance hit. Writing data to an SSD causes NAND wear. At the pictured write speed, it's 13.5 GB per hour. A 500GB Kingston NV3 QLC drive has a write endurance of 160 TBW, which means that keeping instant replay enabled on an otherwise full drive will wear out the drive in about

You did great saving by finding the 7800x3d, some areas you could improve and/or save money that i think are the easiest: PSU: The power supply is not visible in the o11 mini v2, only the little window on the bracket in the back, the montech g5 century 850w is ~350SAR but i havent seen a white versi

Can you guys critique this build?
The only thing I’d change is the kingston nv3 ssd to an ssd that uses TLC such as western digital sn7100 or similar. (Also, you can absolutely save money and cut corners by buying cheaper parts, but I get the feeling you don’t want to do that for the aesthetic, which is completely fine, the only thi

First Build: Good or not?
Nay, nay on the NV3. Once the good reviews came out for the NV3, Kingston started swapping controllers and NAND. The good ones were MLC, but the ones they are selling QLC now. There are six different version as of December. The accounting department meddling with the NV2 components resulted in some

First time gaming PC
The same ssd is $440 but maybe they do price matching? I wouldn't buy an open box one or one of the few cheaper ones they have like the crucial e100, kingston nv3 or wd sn5100 blue which are all QLC. That can be fine if it's just for a games/storage drive if there is a big discount but I wouldn't us

Pc for my brother
The description is unclear; what do you mean with "them dc"? As far as I can see, it is enough for the system to have a reasonably strong CPU and enough memory; you can get away with a small GPU. The Vi3000 uses TLC flash; avoid drives with QLC flash like the NV3. This system allows later upgrades.

Pc part review
https://www.techpowerup.com/ssd-specs/kingston-nv3-1-tb.d2162 There are a dozen variants of this drive, all called the nv3. The first 3 were good, then it got cheaper and worse a bunch of times when they swapped to whatever they could get cheapest at the time, over and over again. Tlc is better than

First PC Build - Any Advice?
A few things I noticed here Worth knowing... Ryzen 5 9600X Its a decent chip, but at 1080p/1140p the GPU will dominate, a Ryzen 5 9600 (non-X,) performs within ~4% in games and frees budget. The 9600X does shine in video editing though, so keep it if editing is heavy. Worth knowing... Kingston NV3 1
