What's your definition of cheap? Someone may correct me but the current consensus is that the Kingrinder K6 is probably your best choice.

I have done a lot of research on Kingrider K6 with a moka pot. The bottom line is that the 60-70 click recommendation on the Kingrinder K6 is a bit too coarse for a moka pot.
