You need seat tilt and probably independent back recline, to a deep enough angle, both lockable. It's achievable, but double check all those points, there are a lot of chairs that only have some of those. I have a secretlab chair that lets me sit like this or even more reclined, though my head isn't

I've gone through so many computer chairs that it's actually embarrassing. I had 2 Aerons and they were genuinely awful for me.
