Yes, you can. I run CentOS Stream 10 on a HP T740 with AMD Ryzen and embedded graphics, and while it's slow (because the hardware is slow) it runs fine. Xbox black screen
I just did a fresh install of v42 as well and I have the same problem. Games will open and start to load and then unresponsive black screen. Thin client recommendation
An HP T640 should work fairly well. HP T740 with a GPU added like a Quadro T1000 would work really well. Quadro P1000 if you want to keep the cost down.
