Even then you wouldn't though. AMD says the Max+ 395 can sustain 120W and boost upto 140W. That's not really much less than most 5060s do paired with a Ryzen 7 or Ultra 7. I have an Omen Transcend 14 with a Meteor Lake Ultra 7 and a 4060. The total power budget for them is ~85W because the laptop is

The only reason I don't have a 14" M4 Pro is that I got a stunning deal on my Omen Transcend 14. Same price as an M4 MacBook Air actually. But the trade-off of battery life was worth it to me for the OLED screen and being able to run Assetto Corsa and iRacing on it. The 14" Mx Pros are the absolute

VR and laptop in the same sentence in most cases should be a crime. only if your not deliberate like me, but since i bought mine half a year before getting my quest 3 i made that shit work as PCVR was not worth missing. price point is great for getting ur foot in the door. I got my ($1500) Omen Tran

Most laptops in general these days are very sharp. My Omen Transcend 14 has one of those ubiquitous 14” 1800p OLEDs. 242 ppi with pretty decent brightness. It’s great (I’d love an M4 Pro but they were too much money for me)

TLDR; I’m in the middle of a similar situation and it’s a tough choice giving up MacOS, great Mac build quality, and superior battery life, in return for better gaming performance, Windows, and worse battery life. It is a difficult decision. Good luck OP. I’m in the same boat, I just want one device

For 4 years, I don't know. The appeals of the G14 is being smaller than regular other laptops, you are saying the legion and Strix, which normally are bigger, so the comparison here isn't that clear. I give you an example: I bought an OMEN Transcend 14, but the screen started to come out from the li

I went with HP Omen Transcend 14" on Ultra Core 9 285H 64Gb RAM. It is just 1.6 kg, charges from 140W type-c and it can switch from RTX5070 dGPU to Intel iGPU to prolong battery life. Works just perfect for me. Metal casing and OLED are nice bonuses plus upgraded its stock Kyocera 2Tb with Samsung 9

Hp omen transcend 14. Best of both world. Doesn't looks like a gaming laptop. Gorgeous oled display and around 7-8 hour battery on normal igpu mode Aluminum alloy build and is not that heavy compared to other gaming laptop (only 1.6kg)

As someone who own both an Omen Transcend 14 (Core Ultra 9 185h/RTX 4070) as well as an Asus laptop (Rog Strix G16, Core Ultra 9 275hx/5070ti) I can't in good faith recommend an Asus device as I had to have my entire motherboard replaced just 2 months after purchase due to it completely dying (cover

The specs are good enough for you to complete your degree without problems. HOWEVER that price for a refurbished machine with that specs is horrible. You can go for one of 2 routes, save some money with a similarly speed laptop, or go for a more powerful machine 1.- Save some money -Lenvo LOQ 15: Go
