man the hp support is the worst.. they dont know how their own product works and they cant even redirect you to somebody who does. the amount of issues ive had with my "premium" "high-end" omen 17 is ridiculous. i will never forgive myself for wasting so much money on something so openly bad... stuf

I bought HP Omen 17 ck0095ng for 800€ (with HP Gaming Mouse, Mousepad and Headset) with I9 11900H, 32Gb RAM and RTX 3080. I'm very happy with the Laptop. No Problems so far. The seller said that the Laptop was bought in 2023 for 3500€. So I think that was quite a good deal.

Oh that’s great to hear! Do you have th Ryzen Ai 7 350? That’s the one I’m really looking at and I’d imagine even less chance of battery drain since the Zen 5 chips are even more efficient. With that said, would you recommend a zen 5 acer with rtx 5060 for $800 or get an HP Omen 17 with Ryzen Ai 9 3
