Hp Omen 17, 32gb ram, i9 13900hx, rtx 4080. It runs, barely. 150k+ cities lag a lot, only reduced after installed several mods. Also fans blasting full power most of the time. I put the settings all on High and dlss on automatic, so there's almost no graphical lag.

May not be the same, but my 2022 HP Omen 17.3 Gaming Laptop has keys on it that ONLY function on Windows using the HP software. I have a total of 7 keys that are basically useless on Linux Mint. Strangely, the Windows key is usable, hitting it and the E key together will bring up nemo.

May not be helpful but my laptop is a HP omen 17", I only have a 4050 in it so this may be the reason but it is silent no matter what game or tasks I am doing, I think their cooling solution in the 17" just works really well.
