What kind of system do you use to run your game?
Hp Omen 17, 32gb ram, i9 13900hx, rtx 4080. It runs, barely. 150k+ cities lag a lot, only reduced after installed several mods. Also fans blasting full power most of the time. I put the settings all on High and dlss on automatic, so there's almost no graphical lag.

Linux Mint 22.3 Zena
I did the exact same thing with my 2013 MacBook Air It's a great little portable machine for basic internet and email Linux Mint works flawlessly. Microsoft forced Lenovo to put a Copilot key on my laptop. I run Linux. It does nothing. We paid for their advertisement on hardware we own.
May not be the same, but my 2022 HP Omen 17.3 Gaming Laptop has keys on it that ONLY function on Windows using the HP software. I have a total of 7 keys that are basically useless on Linux Mint. Strangely, the Windows key is usable, hitting it and the E key together will bring up nemo.
