Herman Miller Embody chair: negative Experience after 6 weeks of daily use (8-10h/day)
Unfortunately thats just how it goes for chairs.... everyone's body is different and its simply not possible to make an ergonomic chair that works for everyone. I have an Embody after trying the Steelcase Gesture and Haworth Fern, and I hated those other chairs. The Embody is the only chair thats ev

Need recommendations
Steelcase, Herman Miller and Haworth are the top brands for office chairs. You are probably referring to the HM Aeron which is definitely a love it or hate it design. HM Embody is a very different chair but significantly more expensive. If you like a more upright position, the Steelcase Gesture or L

Best chair for a 6’4 guy sitting 9–10 hours a day?
I am 6'3 and ~200lbs. The best fitting chair I've found was the Haworth Fern. Very high back and long seat pad. Paired with an Atlas headrest if you like to lean back.

6’4” and struggling to find a comfortable office chair - tried Anthros, Embody, Aeron, and Leap
The seat on the Fern might be too small for you. The Dual Posture Haworth Zody is a better fit, bigger seat and bigger backrest https://store.haworth.com/products/zody-office-chair

Help me pick a chair. Please. I am going insane.
1st step I would always recommend finding a way, or a position where you can sit long hours comfortably without any pain. For me, it's my car front seat. Analyzing the elements that makes sitting painless in my car, I managed to find the chair that allows me to sit like I sat on my car seat. So what

Got a Steelcase Gesture like new from an office supply store for 600, but i’m not loving it…
Here's the issue: Gesture is not a suitable chair for your height.... Im 6'3 it doesn't fit me right, you're even taller. Gesture is a very upright position, it actually has a slight forward tilt. When you slide the seat pad all the way forward, you end up sitting at the back of the bowl, you feel l

The Steelcase Leap V2 destroys your ass.
An ergonomic chair is like a shoe. It has to custom-fit your body. What feels amazing for someone else, doesn't necessarily feel amazing for you. Steelcase Leap is one of the most customizable chairs on the market to fit a wide range of users, but that doesn't mean it fits everyones body and sitting

Switched from a gaming chair to an office chair — honest 6-month review
I have learned not one chair works for everyone. You have to trial and error it until you find one best suited for you. I went through gamer chair, steelcase amia, leap v2, gesture, different types of herman miller, and a haworth fern. Ended up with the fern as my most suitable!

My dad actually fell asleep in this chair
I’m going to look at the Flexispot c7 like the other guy said. From my own research these are the chairs that I think might for someone our size/height: Leap v2 with an atlas headrest. I’d buy this refurbished from BYOD or something like that. I hear they are better than the original chairs. Anthros

G16 laptop setup
What do you dislike about aeron? The steel frame digs in to thighs? I myself am about 6”2 something and embody with atlas headrest so far is the best chair I owned. I can also recommend haworth fern WITHOUT the headrest. I tried aeron a few times. Its cool and maintaining it is the easiest out of th
