My primary reasons for buying Aeron: it forces you to sit in a more upright posture which rewards your back in long sitting hours

Einfach einen refurbished für 600 Euro direkt beim Händler bestellen. Ein Aeron für den Preis und man braucht eigentlich nie wieder was anderes. Habe selbst schon alle möglichen durch: Bioswing, haworth fern, embody. Aeron ist schon ziemlich nice.

Haworth makes some incredible chairs. I sat in their Fern model for a few days at a customer site and wept as I left 😉. Sadly no showrooms in Oregon that I know of.

Invest in a good quality chair. I have a Haworth Fern and it’s so much better than any OfficeMax special I’ve had in the past.

You might want look into an actual ergo chair that isn’t “gaming” specific. You end up paying more for worse quality with anything that’s branded towards gamers.
