If you’re short on space you could just grab a Mini PC. Something like the GEEKOM A9 Mega with that AI Max+ 395 is a beast if you actually need some real power.

Geekom A9 Max good for gaming, local AI, daily use and Linux?

AI MAX+ 395 has the best integrated iGPU ( about the same as a mobile 4060 ) at this time, you will need a GEEKOM A9 Mega for this, but for full 4K gaming you need the highest end dGPU you can find. Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 96GB, good deal for 1500?

I'm quite happy with my geekom A9 mega (same strix halo with 128 GB) but it's hard to run certain stuff due to low general support. All goes to the damn Nvida and cuda.
