A9 Mega

If you’re short on space you could just grab a Mini PC. Something like the GEEKOM A9 Mega with that AI Max+ 395 is a beast if you actually need some real power.

I came to this thread being extremely annoyed with the fan noise since I'm very sensitive to noise. It's been my only disappointment with the machine. It has already been mentioned but there is a new EC version (0.17) available here:https://service.geekompc.com/a9-mega/ There's not a lot of guidance

That budget is wild lol. I just saw the GEEKOM A9 Mega with 128GB but that is way over what you want to spend. They have the 32GB GEEKOM A9 Max though and that fits your price point pretty well.

AI MAX+ 395 has the best integrated iGPU ( about the same as a mobile 4060 ) at this time, you will need a GEEKOM A9 Mega for this, but for full 4K gaming you need the highest end dGPU you can find. And also a 3D AM5 chip to go with it. In other words, 4K gaming is the top a current beefed up deskto

Yeah, I have been thinking about picking up a mini pc for myself, but with the 388 on the horizon I am holding out for now - can't justifiy the price of the 395+. The Geekom A9 Mega with the 388 and 32-64 GB of Ram instead of the 395+ with 128GB for ~1200$ and not 1900-2000$ and I would be sold. Sad
