Any tips for staying hydrated or flavorless electrolyte powders?
Also Gatorade has fairly negligible electrolytes if you are trying to treat POTS etc. I like some of the Gatorade zero powders, but when I make them (usually in a 20 oz bottle), I add another 1/4 tsp of salt.

G Zero powder
Hey I'm glad it's not just me our local Sam's Club it seems to have stopped selling the bottles and moved to powder only for the zero calorie Gatorade. Unfortunately this stuff is horrid. Much much sweeter than the bottles. Its borderline undrinkable

Is it safe to drink sport drinks for cramping?
