I would add some kind of electrolyte powder. I do the Gatorade zero packets. These came in handy when we had an excursion in PR and it was HOT and we were walking a lot. Also, just generally good to keep you hydrated if you drink too much 😉

Oh I agree. I feel like these kits were originally sensible, but now they are just another piece of this family's overconsumption. Gatorade zero powder packets! Mix portion of or whole packet in water to your desired taste - getting tons of water that tastes good without sugar but with electrolytes :)

I never drank gatorade before, but I have a Gatorade Zero powder mix literally every day now and it helps
