Any tips for staying hydrated or flavorless electrolyte powders?
Also Gatorade has fairly negligible electrolytes if you are trying to treat POTS etc. I like some of the Gatorade zero powders, but when I make them (usually in a 20 oz bottle), I add another 1/4 tsp of salt.

Is it safe to drink sport drinks for cramping?
Read the ingredients. Anything with potassium and phosphorus is not OK for someone on dialysis. You are supposed to stay away from those two things, bottom line.
