Most manual-like shooting experience on mirrorless?

I know you said full frame, but it sounds like you're looking for a FujiFilm X-T5.

Finally Pulled The Trigger

Watch the YouTube channel from Pal2tech. He covers Fujifilm the best with respect to setup and tips and tricks. Congratulations from another X-T5 owner and first Fujifilm.

Learning photography for 1st time: Fujifilm X100VI or better another camera?

I'd actually recommend against the X100VI as your first camera, even though it's hugely popular. The X100VI's 23mm f/2 (35mm equivalent) is a great focal length, but as a beginner, you need to discover what YOU like shooting and what focal lengths work for your style. Being locked into one lens mean

New X-T50 vs Refurbished X-T5

I'd go for the X-T5 if an extended warranty can be purchased from Fujifilm. The dual card slots and bigger battery are nice to have. Unfortunately, some refurbished gear still has issues, but I don't know if that is the case for Fujifilm.

Need a good camera for scanning textures/materials

Honestly an entry level DSLR is enough. If you're on a budget, the A6400 is good. That's what I use. Higher-mid would be Fujifilm X-T5 High end would be A7R series.

What compact Fuji option for a newbie would you recommend me to try out?

X-T30III with kit. X-E5 with 23mm pancake if you have the money, and get a cheap kit just in case. X100VI if you're ok burning money! hahaha no, but really the X100 is great (I have it), you just won't be able to change lenses. I'm blanket recommending the X-T30III to everyone who asks anything even

Upgrading to X-T3 or X-T5

There was a similar question recently, here my thoughts: Bought a used X-T3 last year under one constraint: Price. A friend had both so I tested them before. For me, I realised the camera isn’t nearly as important as the skill. You can make fantastic photos with a mediocre camera if you‘re a good ph

Nove from Nikon to Fujifilm

I shoot with Nikon Z full frame and Fujifilm X. I have an older X100 and the X-T5. I am also not a big fan of Nikon and Canon APS-C cameras because of the lens options. My Z8 and Z6 III are workhorses, but I much prefer taking my Fujis with me, partly because of the weight, but also because they are

Camera recs

Depends on what you mean by entry level. Sony FX3, Blackmagic 6K pro, Canon C50, Fujifilm X-T5 are all good shouts

Q3 owner that wants to try other focal lengths - what would you do? (Gear Advice)

First observation: all of these cameras are completely different. Manual focus, fixed lenses, interchangeable, APS-C, etc. Do you really know what you're looking for? Some thoughts: 40mpx is way more than enough, so agree that shouldn't be a big factor. To me, having Q3 and Q343 would be too bulky a
